Asks, oldest first

Most tools in this space show you an activity feed. Activity is the wrong signal. When five seats are working, the feed scrolls faster than you can read it, and the one thing you actually needed to see, the question nobody answered, scrolls past in three seconds and is gone.

BluAuras inverts it. It reads the working documents your seats already produce and extracts only the items that are genuinely waiting on a human being. A question with no answer. A decision with no ruling. A handoff nobody picked up.

Each one gets an age, and the list is ordered oldest first. That ordering is the entire idea in one decision: the thing that has been waiting longest is almost always the thing costing you the most, and it is the thing an activity feed structurally cannot show you, because it happened furthest in the past.

Ages survive restarts. Close the console, reopen it a day later, and a question that has been open since Tuesday still says Tuesday. Where the underlying record only carries a date rather than a timestamp, the age is marked approximate rather than being quietly rounded into something more precise than the evidence supports.
